Program Details

Every quarter, families will have 12 calls with their Transition Coach. Three calls each month will be between the Transition Coach and the student, and one call a month will be between the Transition Coach and the parent(s). Each call will be individualized based on the student's and family's needs, prioritizing skills and outcomes identified by the Transition Coach and the family through the initial survey and ongoing evaluation.

Calls will last 30-60 minutes, depending on weekly goals. Students will receive weekly homework to support ongoing skill and goal progression. Many of these tasks will apply directly to students' needs for college selection and evaluation, or to skill-building for college readiness. Students can expect to spend 1-2 hours on homework between calls, and parents may also be given monthly homework to support student growth and family transition readiness.

All worksheets and homework will be provided through the Canvas Learning Management System to provide applicable exposure to College and Career Readiness systems, increasing student preparedness.

Our program operates virtually via Zoom and we can work with families in any time zone.

Pricing

All College and Career Readiness programming is $2,000 per quarter, billed January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Families will commit to working with the CampusGPS team for at least two consecutive quarters (6 months). Cohorts will begin every quarter, allowing families to enroll at four different points each year.

Programming can begin as early as January 1 of a student's Sophomore year of high school. To evaluate the appropriate timeline for joining programming based on your students' and family’s needs, please book a call with us. You can also complete an application.
