Working one-on-one with students and families to develop individualized plans has allowed Katy to provide personalized opportunities for student and family growth and to instill confidence as students head to college.

Katy is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the Doctor of Education- Organizational Leadership program at Southeastern University. She completed her master's degree in College Student Affairs at Eastern Illinois University in 2018, completing research on developing and implementing life skills and career-focused programs for students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at colleges.
